Fathima Arts and Science College was established in the year 2013, affiliated to the University of Calicut is situated in the naturalistic rural area of Moothedam, Nilambur which is on the foothills of Western Ghats near to Mukurthy National Park in Nilgiris.

The founder manager/patron of the college is His excellency most Rev.Dr.Joseph Mar Thomas (Bishop of Bathery).The contribution of the first Principal Dr.R.Raveendran Pillai.
